In the middle of the coldest weather we have experienced this winter, I awoke to realize that our furnace died. I have been an AirPro customer for the past 10 years, and when I called for service before 6:00 am, I was greeted by a real person who was supportive and helpful, and not a machine (unheard of in this day and age). They took extra time and precautions to ensure the least amount of disruption to our home. – You could tell that they took pride in their work, giving time to all the small details. The underlying theme of this situation was every employee that I dealt with at AirPro took the time and care in this ordeal as though it “was happening to their own family”. – We were treated with respect and kindness in a very busy time for them. I know other people or organizations may have tried to “take advantage” of us because we were in a very difficult predicament. We were treated with excellent customer service from the first phone call until the heat came back on in our home. We recently had a scare when our carbon monoxide detector went off. We called Air Pro, and I am so relieved that we made that choice.  Within a short period of time, a technician was sent for a service call.  The technician was very knowledgeable and told us exactly what was wrong with the furnace.  I was then able to speak to Rocco, who assured me that my family and I would be taken care of.  He even gave me tips on how to safely keep my house warm for my babies without running the furnace.  Rocco made a number of contacts in order to get us the best deal possible.  He really came through and stuck to his promise of doing all that he could to help us out in such a bad time. In no time, our old furnace was taken out and the new furnace was installed.  The technicians that were assigned to the job were fantastic! They worked quickly and efficiently.  They were very knowledgeable and were glad to answer the questions that I asked.  They even left the work area as clean as it was before they started working! It is such a relief to have a warm and cozy house that is safe for my family. Rocco is a one in a million business man! We had our furnace go out during the recent cold spell and I decided to do a quick check of the BBB to see who our best option might be. Called Air-Pro and one other company that I won’t name. Air-Pro was able to be out within 24 hours, diagnosed problem as a limit that had gone out because of a dirty filter. Part was on the truck and changed quickly and we had heat that day.
